Closed-End Funds

The Securities Law Firm of Menzer & Hill, P.A. is investigating Brokerage Firms that are selling Closed-End Funds, in particular, the Alpine Total Dynamic Fund (NYSE: AOD) and the Alpine Global Dynamic Fund (NYSE: AGD) for potential securities violations.  Broker-Dealers are marketing these types of funds as low risk diversified investments, which is contrary to the high-risk positions within the funds.
