NFP Securities, Inc – Hennessey Financial Monthly Income Fund, LP – “Capital Solutions Hennessey Fund”

The Securities Law Firm of Menzer & Hill, P.A. is investigating NFP Securities, Inc., related to the Hennessey Financial Monthly Income Fund, LP, also known as “Capital Solutions Hennessey Fund”.  The Hennessey Fund was sold by Andrew Rosenberg and Stuart Horowitz, of Andrew Stuart Asset Management, located in Coral Springs, Florida.  Upon information and belief,  Investors were led to believe they would be receiving a 12% annual return, when in reality, the Fund was an extremely high risk fund.  Furthermore, in September 2010, The Securities & Exchange Commission (“SEC”) charged Minneapolis attorney, Todd A. Duckson, Michael W. Bozora, and Timothy R. Redpath, with defrauding investors in the fund.
